The Single Cell System allows a prisoner to be secured behind the passenger seat with no access to the drivers side. A clear polycarbonate partition divides the rear seat for increased security and allows for more space behind the driver. The system includes the molded seat, Ready Buckle retractor seat belts, polycarbonate partition and divider with a rear cargo steel mesh screen.
